These terms govern your use of EGE & OGE Speak & Write (the "Service"), operated by Odil Zakirov ("we", "us"). When you use the Service you are contracting with Odil Zakirov. By creating an account or continuing to use the Service you agree to these terms.

The Service

The Service provides practice tasks, mock exams, study guides and automated and teacher feedback on writing and speaking answers for the Russian EGE and OGE English exams. Feedback is generated automatically and may contain mistakes; it is a study aid and does not guarantee any exam result.

Accounts

• You must give accurate information and keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• If you are under the age of legal capacity in your country, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service, including by:

• using it for anything unlawful, fraudulent or for spam;
• uploading content that infringes others' intellectual property, or is hateful or abusive;
• interfering with security, uploading malware, probing, scraping or overloading the Service;
• reverse engineering, reselling or sharing paid access, or getting around usage limits.

Your content

You keep ownership of the answers and recordings you submit. You give us a limited licence to store and process them only to provide the Service, including generating feedback and showing results to your teacher.

Intellectual property

We own the Service, including its software, tasks, guides, design and branding. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for your own study or teaching.

Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, renewal and cancellation terms are set out in Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel any time from the Plans page and keep access until the end of the paid period. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

Availability and warranties

We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law the Service is provided "as is" without implied warranties.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access for a material breach of these terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time.
