Odil Zakirov is the data controller for personal data processed through EGE & OGE Speak & Write. This notice explains what we collect, why, and your rights.

Data we collect and why

• Account data (name, email, login details) — to create and run your account (performance of contract).
• Study content (written answers, voice recordings, transcripts, scores, feedback) — to provide feedback and show progress to you and your teacher (performance of contract).
• Class data (classes joined, teacher links) — to let teachers track their students (performance of contract).
• Usage and technical data (IP address, device and browser information, logs) — for security, fraud prevention and improving the Service (legitimate interests).
• Support messages — to answer your questions (legitimate interests).

Who we share data with

• Service providers who host the Service and process answers to generate feedback, under contract and only on our instructions.
• Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, for selling plans, managing subscriptions, payments, tax compliance and invoicing.
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where needed.
• Authorities, where required by law.

International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Retention

We keep data while your account is active and delete or anonymise it when no longer needed, or within 30 days after you ask us to delete your account, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent. You may also complain to your data protection authority. Email examexpertpro@gmail.com; we reply within one month.

Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls and private storage for recordings to protect your data.

Cookies

We only use essential browser storage needed to keep you signed in and remember your language and exam choice. We do not use advertising cookies.
